Project Overview
The Search Bridge connects entrepreneurs, investors and acquisition opportunities through an ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition) platform.
I was brought in to evaluate the existing experience, identify usability challenges and contribute to the design of a new platform focused on clarity, discoverability and workflow efficiency.
The Problem
Complex Navigation
Users struggled to understand where key actions and information were located.
Fragmented Workflows
Important tasks required multiple steps and context switching.
Information Overload
Large amounts of content reduced discoverability and increased cognitive load.
My Approach
Audit :- Evaluated existing user journeys and platform architecture.
Analyze :- Identified friction points and usability gaps.
Structure :- Created a clearer information hierarchy and navigation model.
Redesign :- Developed improved workflows and scalable interface patterns.

The project reinforced the importance of information architecture and workflow design in complex platforms.
Rather than focusing solely on visual design, the challenge required understanding how users navigate information, make decisions and complete tasks. By combining UX audit findings with iterative redesign, the resulting experience became more intuitive, scalable and aligned with business goals.
